Aventus Retail Property nears $2b mark as yields tighten further. 

The Brett Blundy-backed Aventus Retail Property Fund has booked a $53 million net valuation gain on tightening cap rates, taking the value of its 22-strong large format retail centre portfolio to almost $2 billion.
As of December 31, the portfolio was worth $1.905 billion with a weighted average capitalisation rate of 6.72 per cent, down 13 basis points over the past six months.
